This agreement is subject to acceptance by the Fort Erie Festivals. The Fort Erie Festivals reserves the right to cancel this agreement at any time. The participant agrees to be bound by all policies, rules and regulations made by the Fort Erie Festivals from time to time, and specifically acknowledges receipt of, and agrees to, Fort Erie Festivals’ terms and conditions. Only activities mentioned in this application will be allowed at the Fort Erie Festivals. Any changes must be submitted in writing and agreed upon by the Fort Erie Festivals.

The participant accepts all risks associated with the use of the space and environs. The participant shall not make any claim or demand or take any legal action, whatsoever, against Fort Erie Festivals and NPC for any loss, damage or injury howsoever caused, to the exhibitor, its officers, employees, agents or their property. The participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Fort Erie Festivals and NPC, and their respective officers, agents, and employees, against all claims, costs and charges of every kind resulting from their occupancy of the exhibit space or its environs for personal injuries, death, property damages or any other damage sustained by the exhibitor, or by any employees, servants, agents of invites of the exhibitors
